This workshop, titled "Gender-Sensitive Communication and Conflict Resolution" and conducted by Prof. Ayşe Betül Çelik and Mediator Attorney Birsen Atakan from the Mediterranean Women Mediators Network, will provide practical instruction on non-violent communication and conflict resolution methods. This will follow foundational teachings on what conflict is, its root causes, how it progresses, and how we analyze conflicts. In this session, examples of gender-sensitive conflict resolution and communication will be provided. The workshop aims to support participants in handling conflicts more constructively, communicating more non-violently, and seeking solutions through more constructive methods in conflicts.
Important note: This workshop will be held over two consecutive days. The same participants are expected to attend both workshops.
