At Everyday Peace Indicators, we believe that peace and justice are best understood through the lens of everyday life. We collaborate with local communities to develop grassroots indicators that reflect how people experience and define complex concepts like reconciliation and social justice. These community-generated insights inform peacebuilding in diverse contexts—from Afghanistan to Colombia and beyond.
This workshop aims to give the participants a basic training of how to carry-out EPI research. This program, which aims to identify, conceptualize, and render readable the indicators of peace in everyday life, foresees that those who wish to work in this field will undergo a foundational training process throughout the forum, lasting five days and six hours per day. At the end of this intensive and accelerated workshop, participants are expected to acquire a basic level of competence in this field.
