Assoc. Prof. Süreyya Karacabey
She graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Language, History and Geography, Department of Theatre in 1992. She completed her Master's and Doctorate degrees in the same department. She taught courses in Dramatic Arts, Writing, Epic Theatre, Traditional Turkish Theatre, Medieval Theatre, and Radio Playwriting. She received the title of Associate Professor in 2010. She worked in the department until 2017, when she was dismissed by the Decree Law of January 6, 2017. She has published books titled "Post-Modern Theatre" and "Heiner Müller, After Brecht" and "Resisting Everyday Life," as well as articles in various journals.
