Holds degrees from the College of Law and the Military College, which provided her with a strong foundation in constitutional law, governance, and security. She began her career at the General Directorate of Security, serving as an officer in security institutions, and later held the position of Mayor of Halabja Central District for eight years. She is currently the Governor of Halabja, making history as the first woman politician in Iraq and Kurdistan Region to serve as a governor.
