Graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1987. He began his academic career as a research assistant at Dicle University Faculty of Law in the same year. He completed his doctorate in Public Law at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences. He received the title of professor in 2004. He currently serves as a faculty member at Dicle University Faculty of Law.
