SYMPOSIUM ON THE RIGHT TO SPEAK: SOCIAL MEMORY, TESTIMONY, AND TRAUMA

In this symposium, we will explore social memory, testimonies, intergenerational trauma, and possibilities for healing from academic, legal, and psychological perspectives. With the participation of experts, academics, and human rights defenders from various disciplines, we will discuss critical issues such as language, identity, enforced disappearances, women’s resistance, embodied memory, and actionable policy recommendations.
